SeABank and "Bright Future" Fund had just signed the cooperation agreement to help cancer patients, especially breast cancer ones. Accordingly, SeABank donated VND 50 million to help the fund to launch campaign of screening and detecting breast cancer for 10,000 women in Hanoi, Hochiminh city and Danang in October 2017.
Theo đó, SeABank sẽ hỗ trợ 50.000.000 đồng nhằm giúp Qũy Ngày mai tươi sáng thực hiện “Chiến dịch khám sàng lọc và phát hiện sớm ung thư vú” cho 10.000 phụ nữ tại Hà Nội, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Đà Nẵng vào tháng 10/2017.

Representative of SeABank said: "Breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer in the world with more than 1 million cases detected every year and every 10 women there is a breast cancer patient. In Vietnam, according to the report of cancer centre, in 2012, there are 12,533 breast cancer patients and it is estimated that it will increase to 22,612 in 2020. We hope that SeABank can cooperate with the fund to prevent the breast cancer and help poor patients to have chance to treat cancer. Apart from business development, SeABank always takes part in many meaningful social activities. SeABank launched annual charity programs such as: "Citizen Commitment Week" (since 2010), "Loving Spring" (since 2014) as well as establishing charity fund "One day, One smile” and scholarship fund "Dream Nursing" to donate and present orphan children, poor pupils, poor old people, cleaning the streets, cemetery, etc. These programs attracts the participation of all employees at 160 transaction offices across the country to show the love of SeABank for community.
