SeABank was awarded "Best Customer Services Bank Vietnam 2017" by Global Financial Market Review (GFM). This is the second time that GFM honor SeABank in order to record SeABank's efforts to improve service quality, meeting the demand of customers. In 2016, GFM granted SeABank the award: "Best Cash Management Bank Vietnam 2016”.
The award "Best Customer Service Bank Vietnam 2016" was judged based on criterium such as: service quality, the contend and success of customers is the exact measurement.
