Loan amount: Maximum 100% of capital demand and not exceeding the loan/asset ratio

Maximum loan term:
+ Purchase of real estate with Certificate: 420 months;
+ Purchase of project real estate: 240 months;
+ Construction of house: 240 months;
+ Repair of house: 120 months.

Collateral: Real estate formed from loan capital; Other real estate, Personal deposits
